I can't get a key to the gate I have been lied to time and time again now no one will answer my calls
The lady who runs the place or works here is very rude. Took a friend to put somethings in his storage unit around 430 440 pm and was never told we had to sign in. We were told to wave when pulling in and on 4/2/18 We got locked in at 450pm and called emegency number she was very rude and the rules had changed they now close at 445pm instead of 5pm. God bless ppl who have bad days and take it on others.
