They increasing my granddaughters mental health problems
I called and was told I’d receive a call back because the intake office was busy. That’s fine, I can understand that, the services is in high demand. Weeks later I’m still waiting with no communication at all. Not good enough when you’re dealing with children and young adults mental health.
I was under the care of West Moreton on and off for years. Dr Mendelz was my doctor. He retraumatized me nearly every visit. Didn't listen to my concerns or problems. Complex traumatic stress disorder slipped right by him, undiagnosed. I only got the help I needed outside the mental health system. My case manager didn't help either. They couldn't even help me with a housing application when I was unwell, it took over a year. They treated me like an addict when I asked for help with my anxiety. These guys are a bunch of bullies. Theystuff up and expect clients to cover it up.
