I needed access to my recent hospital notes as soon as possible and the during the process I was always treated exceptionally well by all the staff involved. The service was perfect and done in a way which showed compassion, understanding and a strong willingness to help. Kelly and Eileen gave it their best and I thank and appreciate their efforts which resulted in helping me to deal with my situation.

As a whole the hospital is a joke currently, I was rushed to emergency after collapsing to the ground feeling nauseas and dizzy with a history of ulcers and diverticulitis, the ambulance crew did more then what the hospital did in a whole I was given pantoprazole which i already take , a nurse with short blonde hair and purple or pink streak through it had been very sarcastic and rude towards me while I was then abused by a paramedic on the ramp after he agreed he would wait till I got off the phone they then chased me out t... read more

I had a negative experience while trying to access care through the Ripley Satellite Hospital which is run by West Moreton Health. I contacted the West Moreton Health Facebook page with my feedback which I felt was quickly dismissed. Soon after West Moreton Health posted a GLOWING review full of back patting, high fiving praise about how wonderful the Ripley Satellite Hospital is on their Facebook page (which is were I made contact). I gave birth last year at West Morton. The experience was made special by the fantastic midwifery team. They listened and didn't push me when I said no to interventions and were very supportive of our decisions throughout. So thankful to have met such wonderful woman; from the student midwife to the two midwives that handled my birth. I would definitely recommend coming here to give birth.

This was by far the best experience my wife and I have had giving birth to our third child. All the Midwives, Nurses, and Doctors were incredibly kind, understanding and friendly, went the extra mile, and did an outstanding job. They took into account that we wanted a more natural birth experience, and found a perfect balance of making recommendations vs listening to and understanding our needs. Special shout out to Kate, Danielle, Jess and Marcia. You are all stars and we are thankful to you all.
