While I was in Cordova my truck started having electrical problems and it died along the Copper Highway. I called West Automotive and even though he was extremely busy he understood my dilemma and came right out to troubleshoot my truck. After a couple minutes he diagnosed the issue was a loose connection on the back of my alternator. After a battery charge my truck fired up and hasn’t had any issues since. Amazing service!! Really saved the day when I needed a quick oil change and gave be good advice on how to further take care of my car in the future.
This town is badly in need of automotive services, I'm grateful Jake stepped up to fill that niche.. he's got his hands full! He did a great job replacing my front brakes. He's very thorough.
