The Love Story I went to the clinic for my regular 6 week follow up appointment with Dr Marina Malak who is my primary physician. On that particular day I was feeling dizzy, wheezing, headache , nausea and various other symptoms . Three ,two, one and bang I fell on the floor and the oldest love story of Romeo and Juliet began . The receptionist is super rude. Despite having an appointment, waited for an hour for my turn. Huge mismanagement at the clinic.
Front staff very rude, I went there to see the doctor, she was keep asking why I want to see the doctors in front peoples, even she knew I am not comfortable to say loud. She took the health card and asked me to wait, after 10 minutes she called back said the doctor too busy and can’t see you today. Are people at the front choosing the patient and problem for doctors before taking the patient? If we have a personal problem, why do we have to explain others if your going to see the doctor
Staff really bad specially front ladies . They don’t know how to talk with patients . Really really bad. Today i called them again for something . That unprofessional lady started yelling again .. Very sad to say we missed our family doctor becoz of this unprofessional Bad attitude front lady .. Then someone called me said manager. He also doesn't want to accept the inconvenience caused by her. So it's no wonder that those who work with him are like that.
