WATCH OUT! We were never told verbally, but hidden in the lease is a sentence about not putting any holes in the walls. Totally our fault, but I was pregnant and things were hectic and we assumed that it was okay to hang stuff in an 1100 square foot apartment. Needless to say we were charged $800 to have the on-site maintenance person paint entire walls with flat white paint, most of which only had one or two holes in them.
