We're happy with the finished garage conversion and the office team were helpful throughout. There were some challenges throughout the build - a few mistakes that needed redoing, inconsistent contractor arrival times (sometimes unannounced), and delays past the agreed date - but the company did work to put things right with minimal extra cost.

After a very tricky and eventful start to our extension project Waseem has managed and overcome the problems very professionally. We are now moving forward very quickly thanks to him and the building team so here’s to a very successful conclusion to our new kitchen dining and living area extension 😀👍

We are realy disappointed with the overall service provided by West Midlands Home Improvements. Whilst we would highy reccommend the builders who completed an excellent job, the team that fitted the kitchen were apalling. The builders were brilliant. They worked hard and finished each stage of the construction with perfection. However, the kitchen fitting team were incomptent and dangerous. Organisation, communication, and punctuality have been fantastic throughout the project. I’m very particular about design details, and the team has been incredibly patient and attentive—nothing has been too much trouble. They’ve listened carefully and delivered at every step. From the very beginning, Kal and Gov were incredibly supportive — they listened carefully to my ideas and helped design a single-storey extension that was not only practical, but truly thoughtful.
