I am a patient of Dr Macdonald and I cannot say enough good things about him, the staff and overall appearance of the office. Dr macdonald follows through on what he says he will do, he is a good listener and he never rushes to get you in and out. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of his.
Have been with Dr. MacDonald for years. The fact that he listens and hears what you're saying is so important, and he does it well.
I am so blessed to be a patient of this clinic. I never had a bad experience with them. All the staff from the receptionists, to the nurses and the doctors are very professional, polite and caring. Special shout out to Tanya (I am not sure if I spelled it right but she was the one who took our blood sample on Thursday July 24th) and she was more than observant to notice that my husband's wound might be at risk of being infected and immediately called Dr. Rao to look into it. Dr. McDonald, Dr. Rao and the rest of the team are amazing. They treated my injured hand immediately. They care about their patients and are very accommodating.
