My wife and I traveled to Western Michigan Tractor on 03/13/24 to look at machines. There is a large selection. After looking at several in our price range, we focused on one and negotiated a price with Tom, the Salesman. The machine was used and was purchased “as-is” We knew it needed a bucket. I also wanted a hydraulic thumb added. We were also aware there was no A/C belt which he agreed they would install. When writing up the contract paperwork, Tom forgot to include “install A/C belt”.
