Aaron and his team were wonderful with a lady I took care of. They were present with any questions the family or I had. I have worked along side other hospice companies in the area and WMH is by far the best. Thank you to your team for your compassion and your constant availability! Another update: Called Aaron and his team for the husband of the couple I took care of. Again, so incredibly kind and helpful through it all. Thank you to nurse Bree who was readily available and kind throughout the whole time.

We are so grateful for the compassionate and professional care provided by West Michigan Hospice during one of the most difficult times in our lives. The team supported not only my mom as the patient, but also my dad, who was her devoted caregiver. Their kindness, patience, and respect were felt in every visit and phone call. All of the people who help me care for Bonnie were wonderful. They went out of their way to give me support. After her passing they are still giving me the support I need. From the moment we called we felt a sense of relief. Aaron came out that day and helped us get things started . The whole team was wonderful and helped guide us through this challenging , unknown journey . Special thanks to Daniel and Jen for all the care they gave our Mom and the knowledge and understanding they gave to us . They are truly a blessed team .

AWESOME staff!!! They are ALWAYS willing to help their clients as well as clients families with anything they may need. They are respectful, transparent, great communicators, & most importantly, very caring. They've helped & encouraged me through caring for 2 loved ones. I would recommend West Michigan Hospice to anyone who is seeking individual specific care for a family member or a friend. Whether you retain their services for short or long term care, the caretakers will feel more like family rather than staff.
