Wonderful, amazing and kind staff. I couldn’t be more happy with their service. Everyone is very personable and always available via text or cell phone calls. Thomas is AMAZING! Thank you all so much for helping us through the most difficult time I’ve experienced in my life.

My mother was in palliative care and finally hospice for just over a year. I cannot express in words my thankfulness for their caring staff! They treated Mom with kindness and compassion. She looked forward to their visits. In the end they made sure Mom was not in pain or anxious. She passed in peace with love and caring. Thank you so much West Michigan Hospice 💕

Everyone was so incredibly helpful and nice! They followed up on everything and when my dad passed, they reached out with their sympathy and a beautiful wind chime for my mom and flowers for the funeral. We couldn't have gone through this without their help.

West Michigan hospice takes exceptional care of their patients! My grandma was nervous and against all care- until west Michigan hospice! The nurses and staff were kind, patient, and nurturing throughout all the phases! We cannot thank everyone at West Michigan hospice for their kindness during a difficult time!

Been trying to find the right words to describe the care given to our dad, to us. Nurse Bre, Aide Danielle, Aaron especially. They showed up every time, even in Michigan winter…in those times? It was like we were the only ones in Their charge. Never mind the endless texts sent when we were scared…They never missed a beat. I’d call them Angels but really?..I think it’s the other way around…Angels show up on earth to walk beside these two humans. Your fine care, laughs, ease and strength were everything.
