Receptionist was absolutely amazing ~ I called in asking about if they can get me in as soon as possible to file down a filling my dentist screwed up (at another unrelated dental office) and I had a few dental related questions since my dental office was closed on Friday, and she took her time in asking a doctor what they can do for me and figuring out my insurance. 100/10 receptionist!
Great experience here. They got me in last minute when I had a dental need.
Experience was very good. Liked everyone I saw. Knew going in that they were out of network had experienced that with previous dentist. The only difference being with my prior dentist my out-of-pocket cost was well under $100 with this dentist. The prices were unreal. I had to pay after my insurance paid. I had to pay well over $300 and that was just unacceptable for what they did and everything I would go back they were very good but for the cost I cannot. I cannot go back. I’m on a fixed income and it’s just unacceptable.
