I had a great professional and personal experience with West Michigan Auto Glass! I showed up an hour early from my appointment time (my mistake). John and Patrick were quick to bake me feel comfortable and relinquish my fears of waiting too long. They prepared their shop, as they had just opened and got me in immediately. The staff was friendly and professional. I arrived for my appointment, they quickly took my keys and began replacing the windshield. The person replacing the glass asked me about a trim part that the company who previously replaced my windshield forgot to put back on. He thought he might have taken it off and misplaced it but I explained that it was previously missing. He said he would look to see if he had a spare to replace it.
