After two years I've finally have had it with Coveant Care. I imagine thats also why they go through so many doctors.

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. After following all protocol for canceling and rescheduling appointments with this POS business...they drop me as a client without notice because of a mistake their incompetent staff made. I was told that an "appointment" that was made on my behalf without my knowing was actually an optional opportunity to come in a talk with a provider. They never answer the phone, and when they do they are rude. They use to take walk-ins and open weekens, not anymore. The doctors are good but staff and policy changes quick and are not friendly.

Don't get me wrong, Covenant Care is a GREAT Medical Practice! However, they REALLY need to get some customer service training for their office and billing staff. You come into this beautiful facility and are greeted by snooty receptionist that have no personality and no real desire to help you. I really don't know what else they do, but they act like you are such a distraction and burden to their lives. It really is sad. Now, heaven forbid you have a billing question. I began at Covenant Care on 6/29/12. I changed primary physicians because my wait to see even a physician's assistant had been one to two hours long on every visit. At Covenant Care, I actually saw Dr. West at the exact time of my appointment. All the preliminaries had already been done. He was kind, helpful, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend Covenant Care!
