Driver on Burcott Roundabout at 17:25pm on Saturday (09/08/25) cut me off and sped onto the roundabout and then screamed like a child at me. Great example to the company to behave like this in a company vehicle.

This review is because we are out of ideas on how to get a response. We first contacted this company about our broken aircon 7/18. They did come that same day, but gave us no updates on their findings before the end of the business day despite us calling for updates three times. We had explained to the receptionist that we were leaving on a trip and would be out of the flat for a week and were assured multiple times we would hear back from someone before the 5pm closure time. Initial contact ,was for help, and evolved, into the company freely helping me with advice and other matters ,spoke to a very professional person, Mitch, who took the time and asked questions on my behalf ,and got back to me , although they declined to do the work the transparency and honesty, and professional service makes me want to do business with them...
