I don't understand how West Memory Gardens can be so inconsiderate of the conditions of the plots. After a family have spent money to put their loved ones away in a nice way, then to return year after year to find their plots in this state is unbelievable. I have complained and it seems not to matter. The plots that receive no visitors are unrecognizable, you can't see the stone for the dirt. I am willing to work with West Memory on this issue, but I refuse to pay over $3000 for a Bench and the rights. I have 2 plots that my... read more

I have a problem when I visit my moms grave I left with solar light everyone else is decorated why every time I come visit all the stuff be gone why is that I’m not understanding I visited my mom often there’s no way that her stuff be gone and everybody else is there I’m not understanding why please I pay for my mom thing and when I go visit I expect to see her things understand not all but the one this sticks in the ground should be there I have place something I expect it to be there I will be calling them today as well.
