If I could give this place a ZERO I would!! We paid for a bench for my grandmother last year and was promised approx 7 month for arrival! We have been giving NOTHING but the run around about this stone and have yet to receive any answer!!! Terrible customer service, lies after lies. And it’s to the point, I’m ready to contact a lawyer and the media!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! The small stone we did purchase until the final one was made is cracked! Marilou I would like to say thank you! Someone dropped the ball on getting the order for my Mom's bench submitted. We were expecting the bench to be seated in Aug - Sept this year only to find that the order had never been submitted! No one could find the order or status. Marilou assured me that she would get to the bottom of it and she did! I so appreciate her persistence and follow-up. Our family thanks you. Marilyn Jones has given me and my sister excellent help in getting the new funeral bench for my parents and sons. We have been trying for two years and no one was able to help us, but her. She was persistent
I don't understand how West Memory Gardens can be so inconsiderate of the conditions of the plots. After a family have spent money to put their loved ones away in a nice way, then to return year after year to find their plots in this state is unbelievable. I have complained and it seems not to matter. The plots that receive no visitors are unrecognizable, you can't see the stone for the dirt.
