I'm frankly surprised by the negative reviews here. I've been a patient of Dr. Julia for a while now and while it *is* a busy office and it's sometimes hard to get the front desk, my requests have always been handled with patience and kindness. Uncompassionate front end staff, I think it's time the to old bags retire. Theyve lost their care and kindness. This is supposed to be a safe place people go for health and wellness... they treat young people horribly. Pushy and don't care! Denied service after I came in for my mental health after being 3 minutes late. Was told that I could be pushed into an appointment for less than 5 minutes. Office staff was rude at best. Been an patient for 25 years
Love my doctors as they have shown so much patience and they keep me on track with my medications. The staff are friendly and competent and know you by name.
