Had to go through these guys as part of my insurance process. I don't know where things went wrong, but it took 3 weeks to get my car back for a smashed passenger window from an attempted theft of my car. I picked up the car when it was ready only to find that the front of the car had been damaged by one of their workers so I gave it back to them to fix it. SO HAPPY! Such care and high workmanship. After an incident with reversing into a tree we brought the car for a quote to West Melbourne Smash Repairs. After an inspection a quote was promptly sent through, which we were happy with and shortly booked it in for the following week. I was advised the car would be in the shop for up to two weeks, so I was extremely surprised to get a call over a week early advising it was ready to be picked up.
