My family and I recently switched from rite aid/cvs to west meds in downtown west Dearborn. From customer service to communication they’re awesome. You can call them, get direct answers and help you need. They are very transparent and go above and beyond. Thank you for being a great neighborhood pharmacy in Dearborn.
Absolutely outstanding service every single time. The pharmacist is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to help. He’s extremely accommodating, respectful, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend!

West Meds Pharmacy has more than exceeded our expectations since we moved our family’s scripts there after Rite Aid closed our pharmacy several years ago. Abdel and his staff are wonderful. I have never had my prescriptions ready in such a short time before. I’ve never had a pharmacist who knew me on a name basis. It is nice to have. He knows what he is doing and he’s thorough with information he gives pertaining to each prescription. When it comes to insurances he’s also thorough with me and if the insurance will cover what.
