1. They tell me that my sleep study is appoved and to come in then it wasn't , that took about another month. 2.They wanted me to do a home test so they said the technician will meet with me at 12pm. 3. I get there and they hand me someone elses form with DOB with out asking me my name. Okay, fine that was a mistake. 4.
