Can you possibly imagine getting a bill more than one year after surgery was completed. For procedures that were repeatedly said “to be covered completely “. Not sure how they stay in business. If my spider veins were actually gone it wouldn’t be so maddening, but they are still there! The office is not run very well. One person will call you and tell you one thing, within the hour another had the opposite thing to say.i was told “Medicare would cover my bill”. That was not, and is not true. If I could give zero stars I would give zero stars absolute worst experience. Had an appointment at 2:30 got there at 2:15 to fill out my paperwork was not shown to a room until 2:48. Waited in the private room until 3:15 still no doctor. Popped my head out and asked somebody if they were going to be seeing you soon they said let me check and find out they never came back. Waited there till 3:30 and decided to walk out the door. I will definitely be going somewhere else. And too bad for you people My insurance doesn't cover ... read more
