I live more that 50 mi.from Reno I can call Ryan, he'll check to see if my item is in stock or advise me when it will be available. I've purchased commercial lifer rings, motor parts and misc. recreational devices. West Marine is customer focused and that's what count. You an count on Ryan and West Marine Reno, NV

I think all sites should have the hours of operation also the days of operation! It so would help the customers!
poor service needed parts for my boat and all the workers were huddled around the front desk I watched 2 people leave frustrated when I was waited on the help did not have the knowledge to help me I left ordered parts online what a shame I like to buy local
