Absoultley one of the worst experiances ive had at a retail store. They were rude, condescending, unfriendly, unhinged and most unprofessional staff. Called in to ask about a warranty battery, talked to martin on the phone who said no problem bring it in well exchange it. I get to the store with the battery to exchange, I walk in to a empty parts counter with no one behind it or nearby. i stand around for about 3-5 mintues until minh show ups up.
