Not a good inventory or knowledgeable staff. They try to help but.....
The store has alot of good stuff for boats, fishing and anything marine related. This is the only reason Im giving it 2 stars. As for staff that works there...they really should educate themselves on thebproducts they sell. Only one person is helpfully but only in some areas and seems to only work part time. Every time I call to see if they have the part I need they tell me to find it on their website first then call back with part # bc apparently they cant search for parts or they are just lazy. Great staff super helpful. Great place for your boating needs
Like always a great store. Its not on my way - coming from work- but worth to go there. A lot of fisherman go to a store to see how the lures or fishing equipment lukes like. And after that they shop online. Its not like that with West Marine. They have the prices like the stores that are online. To be onest maybe 2% higher. Which any way doesn't compensate with the friendly stuff. Go there one time and see for yourself.
Big store with full range of water sports and boating. Ordered on line, retrieved order at door in under 1 minute.
