Whoever this guy is, he was a totally belligerent jerk. I took his picture because he did not have face covering even though it was mandatory in Duval County due to the corona virus. He harassed me asking if I wanted to see his Trump cap, did I want his business card, and “Remember this in November”. This was as he was waiting on customers, speaking loudly across the store. I was waiting for my husband to check out with a different cashier, standing a great distance away from him.

I purchased an Airhead towable tube from West Marine. I used it twice with my teenage daughters and began to tear. Within a few weeks I attempted to take it back to West Marine. I was told that I had to deal with Airhead directly. I was also told by the manager at West Marine that the reason is that these tubes often have problems. I wonder why they continue to sell them if they have problems. I have attempted to contact Airhead and cannot get ahold of anyone in the warranty department. My husband had coupon, we had to return something today. We bought something else to replace it. We spent well over $100. We used a $10 off coupon yesterday, but "It didn't work" today. You guys know what coupons you have, seriously? It doesn't expire until tomorrow. That's why we go to Dick's and Academy for everything else.
