I experienced excellent customer service on my first two visits. Keep up the great work guys!
Their website appears to be a drop shipping site that they just accept any vendor. The shipping times frames are false advertising as according to them they do not have any control over shipping time frames or refunds. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund from this company, even if you did not receive the item. Modern day thieves. No accountability. Horrible customer service. They are rude to deal with and treat you like trash. What a shame.
