One of their sales associates sold us the wrong propeller, now we have accrued a massive repair bill to repair our boat. Sold us a propeller too big which put strain on the motor causing high temperature alarms to go off and internal damage. When called and asked for a refund of the propeller got told no. Today was my first time in the store and one of the female employees went above and beyond for us. She was the SWEETEST lady. And just a wonderful person to be around. She had a huge smile on her face and was very happy to take our items and ring them up. We got the wrong size and instantly turned out while in the parking and she was so helpful and understand and let us do the exchange and we were back on our way. Chris and Karen are top notch folks. I’ve never been to a store where the staff takes the time to know you, knows their products, and absolutely bends over backwards to make sure that you get everything you need and want. Sure I could easily shop online, I could easily go get knock off equipment. But you just can’t go get the kinda service and personal touch these folks give. #customerforlife
Wish i could remember the names of the lady and gentleman that helped me in the va beach store. I tracked down a transducer i needed and they had the only one in stock. They found it, text me pictures to confirm it was correct, and shipped it out to me. Thank you very much for the professionalism. You don’t get that everywhere now A days Wade
