My wife had an appointment at 1:40 pm. Checked in at 1:30pm. At 2:05 pm she is called to the front because the receptionist never checked her in. Very nasty attitude towards her . Stated it was her fault she wasn’t checked in. When my wife provide all information they requested at check in. Lequira. Delani shame on yall. Then try to gaslight my wife. If Lequira wasn’t so in a rush to go on break at 1:30pm my wife would of been check in properly
Every time I visit West Manatee, I end up waiting nearly 2 hours, even when I arrive with a confirmed appointment. It’s extremely annoying, inconvenient, and frustrating, especially when you have to adjust your schedule or visit multiple times. The whole point of an appointment is to avoid long wait times, but that never seems to happen here. Definitely needs improvement in managing scheduled visits.
Now that I’m ready to share my experience I want to get my voice out there. A couple months ago, in July , I was 6 weeks pregnant , experienced spotting and I called to be seen and the nurse told me that baby and I were perfectly fine that spotting was normal that it was just implantation bleeding. The spotting lasted 5 days I called again and they said the same thing that I was perfectly fine and didn’t need to be seen. I saw Dr. Silveira today for normal check up and pap. She was very sweet, friendly, and made this a very good visit. I’m usually nervous but she talked to me about everything. I was sent right away for bloodwork and the pap went comfortable and fast. Very efficient and honestly I’ll stick with her from now on.
