I am disappointed with the care I received. During my second visit, the dentist prepared my tooth for a crown. However, at the next appointment, I was told that placing the crown was no longer possible. As a result, most of the tooth was removed, leaving only the roots below the gum line. I was not given clear guidance on further treatment or restoration options. If the crown was not possible to get then the dentist should have examined it before the procedure, but they removed the edges of the tooth and left it not treated... read more

I visited West Man Dental on July 21, 2026. I had a 9 AM appointment. They were prompt to get me in for a cleaning and a check up. My hygienist was named Chantel and she was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly knew her stuff very polite very gentle. Dr. MCNivin came in gave me a quick check over gave me a clean bill of health finished my cleaning and off I went, I would recommend this dental office to anybody that wants to be taken care of and treated with the respect that we deserve as customers and patience.

Dr.McNiven is absolutely wonderful. I am quite anxious at the dentist and this office has been a saving grace. They are patient, knowledgeable and understanding. The front staff are always kind and welcoming and I’m never waiting past my appointment start time. Highly recommend!

My 4 year old has come with me to numerous dentist appointments and has refused to let anyone see her teeth. Leanne, our Dental Hygienist was absolutely amazing with her and made the experience so great. The way she interacted with my daughter throughout my cleaning was beyond impressive, she made it so fun for her. She has been talking about it non stop and asking when we can go back.
