We had a very unexpected roofing issue during the sale of our home in Roleystone which almost delayed settlement. Adon and his team at Westmaintain were outstanding. They prioritised getting the roof compliant for both us and the new owners, and rectification photos were sent through the very same day. Dodgy repair company that covers up for real estate companies. House had wood rot, just covered it up with an absurd amount of silicone and tap that only traps in more water and has ruined the integrity of the structure. Wouldn't recommend unless you want a dodgy unsafe job done.
After countless no shows or exorbitant quotes from other company’s I was referred to West maintain where the team looked after us in every possible way. I can not thank them enough for filling me we confidence that amazing companies still exist! We will also be getting them back to look after our other up coming Reno’s!
