Old school powerlifting gym with a great vibe with personal trainers and a physical therapist on hand! we have batting cages and pitching lanes also with 3800sqft of space for rent for team training. We are 24/7 and memberships are $30 a month no contract with student and military discounts at $20 a month!

Love this place
Joined this gym about 6 weeks ago. Love the atmosphere. The staff is awesome, the other patrons have all been friendly and helpful. This gym has every specialty bar you can think of, bands, chains, a monolith, and several power racks. I’ve never had to wait for a piece of equipment, and the new layout makes it easy for multiple groups to train at once. Awesome gym for serious athletes, powerlifters, etc.
