Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and non judgemental staff work at West Main Pharmacy. Very rarely do I have a negative experience.
They are nice, and when you can get them all to agree on something, they are helpful. BUT. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE DANG PHONE. I have called 20 times in as many minutes and every single time I was sent to a voicemail... THAT IS FULL. It's crazy. Seriously, normally I'm not the type to post negative reviews, and I recognize that they help hundreds of people everyday and it isn't an easy job.
