This pharmacy used to be decent, now anytime I need to find out if one of my refills are ready I call back to back to try talking to someone but they never answer, I try using the option for checking my refills to no avail and then before the machine kicks you off the line they ask if you would to leave a message only for it to let you know the voice mailbox is full. I was also trying to update my new phone number so I can get information about my prescriptions by text but how's that possible when you can't get ahold of them... read more
Never ever get our prescriptions correct. Six months later, same problem. All done with this pharmacy. Walmart never did this to me.
There is one tech in this pharmacy that is horribly RUDE, when trying to drop off a prescription she went off on me, yelled and tried saying her computer was broke, not even letting me talk and describehow i was trying to see if my script was dropped off properly and wanted to get it taken care of if not, the same computer she claimed was broke, was used 2 seconds later she to intake another's rx.
