I had previously went to another local mechanic (Lorick’s) and they told me I needed a new fuel tank because it was rusted, along with a fuel pump. They quoted me $2600. I then decided to take my daughter’s car to Josh at West Main Automotive. He looked the car over and said the fuel tank is plastic so clearly not rusted, but it did need a fuel pump and some hoses and wires replaced. He charged me $800, nearly a third of the price.
