Harry and Scott are the most honest mechanics I've ever met. My dad use to bring all his Cadillacs there to be fixed. And I have been bringing my trucks to Harry and Scott the last 16 years. If youre looking for an auto mechanic shop you can truly rely on, then West Lynn Auto is not the place for you. I brought my vehicle in approximately 2 months ago to get the brakes done (E-Brake too). The following day the mechanic called to inform me that it was ready for pick up. Over $500 later I was ready to head home. On the strength of these reviews I took my car to this shop. The warning light for an airbag was on and it was the last day to get a sticker. They diagnosed the problem, got a part from the junkyard and inspected the car. The shop was clean and the service was honest. I would go back any time.

This is the first place I call when something happens to my car. The staff is friendly, honest, and willing to help in any way they can. I often feel as a female that auto shops try to take advantage of you; that is not the case with this shop.
