These are the most professional and courteous people I have ever dealt with, I have worked in the medical field for 46 years and they are by far the best ! A shout out to Dr Matt and Deidra ! Hope spelled her name right , she is the most polite and caring. You can’t beat the front desk staff for polite and courteous care. The all well deserve 5 plus stars. Clifford Brannan
They don't tell you they or not in network an they have a certain workers that see you an then talk among the other employees that work there an talk about other patients teeth you supposed to be professional.
I had a root canal done here and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The person who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was so kind, professional, and made everything really easy—which I appreciated so much in a stressful moment. The dental team was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which helped me feel comfortable and confident in their care. I am 68 and this is absolutely the best Dental center i have ever been in very friendly and knowledgeable staff,every dental procedure I have had done elsewhere it always took the maximum amount of deadner and several attempts to work, but here T C had it done in one attempt it was absolutely easiest procedure I have ever had and Dr Matt treats you as an equal and doesn't put himself above you or his staff
They will happily tell you that they accept your insurance, but seem to purposely omit that it's not in network and you will not be charged according to your insurance schedule because of that. This was mentioned only after my appointment where I was told I was "getting a deal" when having to pay. I don't know why they don't just tell you they're not in network when you ask them on the phone. Dental hygienist was great as was the dentist himself.
