All the staff at the practice is wonderful to work with. Ever since moving to the city, this has been my primary vet office for my beagle, Zag. Dr. Campos has been great with him in treating his separation anxiety and newly diagnosed epilepsy. I feel as though the best compliment I can give is that my Dog enjoys walking past the building and wants to go in to say hi (and get free treats). This is an amazing place. The staff are so caring and so thoughtful. I had to bring in my elderly cat to say good-bye, and the vet and staff were so supportive and helpful. It's always hard to lose a furry friend, but the end was peaceful with my cat's comfort in mind. I am grateful for the care and comfort received.
Our 2-year old cairn terrier had an anaphylactic reaction to something today. Broke out in big welts, super-anxious, crying, fast heartbeat and rapid shallow breathing! We brought him to West Loop, had never been there before. They brought him back immediately bc could see it was a true emergency. Gave him a shot of prednisone and prescriptions for home. Everyone there so nice and professional and the facility is very nice and clean. They saved his life!!!❤️🐾
We had an excellent experience at West Loop Veterinary Care Streeterville. Dr. Erica Esser and her assistant were both incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my cat’s visit. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident that my cat was receiving the best possible care.
