Very welcoming and attentive to treating the cyst that was open and draining my Moxie opened by licking it.
The team cares deeply about our Newfoundland, Nala, and provides great medical care. The reason for my 3-star review, though, is that the operational standards are poor. They're not organized, and as busy folks with demanding jobs, it's been frustrating to show up for appointments with misinformation about pre-care or to find our pup's medication not arrive on time because someone forgot to submit an order we placed in person. I took my new puppy and received so much information that was what I needed and also they wrote everything down for me in an email so I would’ve forgot. Dr. Esser was very thorough and great on follow up. Everyone on the team was Truly caring.
I have been blessed with my Pomapoo, Snowball for 6 years. I love her and want her life to be happy. I recently moved back to Chicago and found West Loop Vet at the Streeterville location.
