It’s been a year now, but I think it’s worth it to let potential new customers know how much this veterinary clinic is knowledgeable and cares for your pets. Quick summary: - at the end of December 2024 our cat’s toe got swollen; - at the end of January 2025 he had x-ray (for no reasons, it turned out), fine needle aspiration, and skin biopsy for an overall cost of over $3000; - the biopsy result was like “it could be anything, maybe sarcoma or an anti-inflammatory disease”. This vet has been the best for our golden retriever. They clearly care so much about giving him good care and making him enjoy his visits. We recently got a dental exam/cleaning bc his breath was getting bad, and it was such a smooth experience and such a big improvement. Everyone took the time to explain the procedure and aftercare instructions. Would highly recommend!
The doctor here is actually great—very knowledgeable and handled my dog with care. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The communication regarding pricing is terrible. Not once during the visit were costs disclosed or discussed. I was blindsided at checkout with a bill for $770, and I still don’t even know exactly what I paid and neither does the staff because they had to check everytime I ask. Nothing like being judged because of jealous and unnecessary comments and insults from an old vet I saw in the suburbs. I had Amber Leaf email my dogs records to these people. After reading the nasty comments from the last vet I was shocked 😮 and disappointed that they said some things about me which were absolutely 💯 untrue.
