Since losing Oscar as my case manager and being transferred to my paralegal Rae Ortiz I have had a starkly different experience with this law firm. It has been incredibly difficult, drawn out, and everything has taken so much longer than it should have. Granted this isn’t entirely on her as the attorney has never once contacted me or done anything regarding my case I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone. Have a case from back in 3/30/2019!! After calling them repeatedly I just stopped because the people were always out of the office. I never directly talked to a lawyer. I haven’t received any update by mail, phone, or voicemail. 6 years is a little ridiculous and I want to know what happened. Don’t use them, they will wear you down and drag their feet.
