Avoid! I was involved as a witness for a case this firm handled. My parent submitted a notarized document prepared with assistance from their notary and intake coordinator, and other email evidence was sent to their office. Yet, the firm later dropped the case and indicated they had no record of these documents on file. We sent a written request via email to confirm that these sensitive records would not be used and were safely destroyed, but the firm completely ignored the email.
