Excellent CrossFit gym with knowledgeable coaches, great programming, and a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone made it easy to return to the gym after not training for several years!Â
I started CrossFit on June 10th, and after four months I can definitely say I feel stronger — both physically and mentally! The coaches are encouraging, knowledgeable, and truly care about your progress. The members are supportive and create such a positive, motivating atmosphere. I look forward to every class and always leave feeling accomplished. Highly recommend!Â

WLRCF has helped me become a better person not just physically but mentally as well. The coaches and the members are extremely kind and supportive. The work that we do there has helped me grow as a person. I always find I’m being tested every time I attend and there’s always something new to work on. I couldn’t recommend this gym enough.Â
