Why can't Hy-Vee get more small shopping carts at this location? There is always 3or 4 rows of large carts. I have ask customer service and one of the store managers many times with no results.
They have a great selection of household goods and food. Certainly their wine and spirits section deserves a mention with their excellent selection, particularly of local products, such as the uniquely pure, locally made Ingenioz vodka as invented at Iowa State University. The manager and staff are also extremely helpful.
What is going on with the floors? They are falling apart completely, and the solution? Black tape to cover up tiles that are falling apart. It’s in every single aisle. You’d think such a huge company would be able to do something about this.
