Wasnt sure about a few comments made to me by an older man who works there.. first ‘you might not want to travel to where you’re from now’ and my 8 month old was wearing an outfit with navy blue and beige stripes from country road and he said ‘ haha hes ready for prison with that on’.. i am visibly Muslim woman btw. Either terrible Aussie type joke or trying to be racist. Making an assumption that I am from a war torn country when I was born in the USA. The other gentleman there was great.

I've been going to West Lakes foto shop for many years. They've been developing my pics for many years now. This family business is the most friendly, helpful, punctual business. They always greet you with a smile and only too happy to help.

You dont need to go any where else for your photo needs. This family owned and run business will look after your needs. Iv used them for a couple of special framing gifts. The last one being quite a challenge but Russel took it head on, really listened to what i wanted and smashed it. Even better then i could have imagined. Thankyou. Kerry H

Terrible service the girl that helped us couldn't be more unfriendly. Will not go back again. I have never been served at a shop by anyone so rude.
