The paint job was terrible. I had to retake it because they missed a big spot on it that was unmissable, but i don't know how they missed it. Said they had my tires balanced and my alignment done and had to retake it so they could do it, when they should have done it the first time. I had to take it to a mechanic before I took it to them for the 2nd time. My car was given to me the first time sounding like an old school bus and it was a brand new car. Had a very bad accident awhile back, had my car repaired at West Lake. They found additional damage the insurance missed, they matched my three stage paint exactly and used all dealer parts.I was so pleased with the experience I decided to work there!
Will highly recommend this place!
I've been holding off on writing a review here but as time goes on it has begun to bug me heavily with the quality of work I have received when having my car brought here. I was recommended to come here by a tow-truck driver which I was hesitant but I decided to take the chance, soon I realized how quickly I regretted that when the people running the facility never called me back with updates as they promised, I had to go out of my way to try and find out what was going on with my car...and a lot of it was just parts not com... read more
