Staff is very friendly they explain everything very well and answer all your questions. Great ambiance from the moment you step in. The receptionist is very nice, polite and always in a good mood. My husband & I both got a relaxing facial. She was so sweet & loved the experience. Will definitely go back. Afterwards, I received botox & lip filler. The injector was very knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained what she was doing & listened to my concerns & skim desires.
I’m posting my experience. Just because it was taken care of, doesn’t mean it was a pleasant experience. The tattoo issue shouldn’t be coming out of picking, then hoping to be reimbursed. We’re just all around disappointed with how things are run and the results of the services offered. My husband and I both had several (a ton) visits at this spa and neither of us saw results from either treatments we received.
