In a good location and has some great houses. However they have a very discriminative POA, which delivers interests to associationlink, the management company, and the law offcie which owns and runs that management company. The management company blatantly lies to its residence and are very selective in enforcing the rules. Ironically, they also deeply influence who gets into the POA board. Love the neighborhood, great houses. Wide roads that allow for parking on the street without blocking the main traffic. Also allows for pedestrians to safely walk down the roads. Many people let kids drive golf carts though, who veer into the road and cannot drive. The gate can get backed up at times, preventing people from entering and clogging up the intersection.
