I have been a member since the wellness center opened and there was this staff member who had glasses and wavy blondish hair and she was very disrespectful toward me and my friend. She was at the front desk and was lying to us about how we had to be 18 to come to the gym without a parent but on the website it clearly states that you have to be at least 14 and when I confronted her about it she got mad and let us in.
