I had my left sacroilliac joint fused in September 2025. Dr. Gause performed the surgery. It was completely unsuccessful. The screws came loose I just had a revision (adding more hardware) to my sacroilliac joint in February 2026. I attempted to reach his office several times after my surgery, but no one returned my messages. Dr. Abrams perfomed the surgery. I no longer have the severe stabbing pain in my S.I. joint. I would recommend not going to Dr. Gause for any type of fusion.
