Have had storage lockers at several places around Nelson, but West Kootenay Self Storage is by far the best experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the lockers are clean and secure, and the ease of getting a vehicle to your locker is great. I appreciate the level of security and monitoring as well. Definitely will continue to support this business!
I had a storage locker here for several years. The staff have always been great to deal with and facility is always clean. Several of my family members have also had lockers and vehicles storage over the years here and have had the same experience. I recently managed to clean my locker out but I greatly appreciate the professional and quality service they provided for me all those years.
Great facility. I rented a good sized space here for a couple years. They run a tight ship at WK storage. Access is super easy with good hours, and staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
Kept my stuff securely there for two years. Everything was 'as is' when I collected it. Staff were friendly and helpful always. Excellent communication. Would highly recommend.
