When we relocated to the Kootenays everything had to go into storage and we rented two lockers, and an outdoor parking spot at WKSS. The facility was always super clean, well maintained, and staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Having rented storage in the lower mainland, this place is a gem! We'd not only recommend WKSS to anyone, but we'll be back if storage needs come up for us in the future!
Moving can be stressful and finding storage in a new city can be tough, so I was super happy to find them.They offer shockingly great rates, solid security, it's clean, and the on site staff is a bonus. They were easy to deal with, both online and in person. They were able to get me side by side lockers and an outdoor location for my trailer. They really help take the stress out of moving to the Kootenays. 5 stars all around. If you're looking for storage in the west Kootenays definitely this is the right spot. 👌🏻
Beware!! I put a locker on hold and i was very thorough with my intentions on being in and out in a month. I get a call a week before my rental was suppose to start and everything changed I now had to pay 2 months for 1 month of storage and that was because I would be a few days over the end of the month. Also was told I had to pay now or someone else would take it. Very professional company with great customer service. A great place to do business.
Honestly a great experience. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The times open are great, the sign in and out feels safe and secure. I never had any concerns with break-ins and the units were clean. I highly recommend them.
