We arrived with solar panel charging issues. Tim was able to troubleshoot and get us on our way. Reasonable pricing and knowledgeable tech. Thanks for the quick turnaround so we could keep camping. I’d recommend this shop.
We blew a wheel bearing on Hwy 3 and pulled over in the Nancy Green Prov Park parking lot. Had to drive into Castlegar for cell service. Called around and no one offed us any help. We were stranded in the parking lot. I got a hold of Charlie and even though his techs were already busy elsewhere he would get someone to us. It took a while but the fellow who came out was amazing. top notch service, top notch guys & gals! helped us with our RV issues and added some good chat and tips for our trip on top!
Another happy customer. I spilt 300ml of milk in our RV. The design is such that the drip tray is inaccessible. I called & dropped into 5 RV dealerships while travelling in Oregon and no one was able to help. I'm still waiting for the RV manufacturer and fridge manufacturer to get back to me. I called and spoke to Charlie and he said no problem, come by the next day (RV dealers were telling me they are booking into the fall)!! These guys went above and beyond. I dropped the trailer off to have the grey water tank waste gate replaced. It wasn't until I dumped a couple of weeks later that I noticed they had also replaced the broken handle on the black tank waste gate without being asked. I hadn't even thought about it because I'm so used to just using pliers to open it. I know it seems like a little thing but I've rarely gotten that kind service from repair centers these last few years and I really appreciate them for noticing it and fixing it. The ... read more
