top notch service, top notch guys & gals! helped us with our RV issues and added some good chat and tips for our trip on top!
Another happy customer. I spilt 300ml of milk in our RV. The design is such that the drip tray is inaccessible. I called & dropped into 5 RV dealerships while travelling in Oregon and no one was able to help. I'm still waiting for the RV manufacturer and fridge manufacturer to get back to me. I called and spoke to Charlie and he said no problem, come by the next day (RV dealers were telling me they are booking into the fall)!! These guys went above and beyond. I dropped the trailer off to have the grey water tank waste gate replaced. It wasn't until I dumped a couple of weeks later that I noticed they had also replaced the broken handle on the black tank waste gate without being asked. I hadn't even thought about it because I'm so used to just using pliers to open it. I know it seems like a little thing but I've rarely gotten that kind service from repair centers these last few years and I really appreciate them for noticing it and fixing it. The ... read more
I took my RV myself and asked for a refrigerator repair, but they said it needs to be replaced. But They changed me $290 even though it was a simple inspection, not a repair. It's right to pay for the inspection, but I messed up my day because I couldn't even fix it and I'm so disappointed with the huge bill. I don't recommend this store.
