If you ever get assigned west Killeen medical home; ask for Julia Anderson as/for your PCM. She is an amazing primary care manager and will have you leaving happy and smiling! She also gets you the right facts and will help you out with anything you need! I’d give her 10 stars if I could
By far the worst medical clinic that I have been referred to while in the military. You call and no answer, you call again and leave voicemails and still no reply. Such an inconvenience to drive to ask a question that could have taken two minutes to get an answer for if they would just answer or return calls.
I received a call and they left no voicemail message. Ive been trying to call back to see if there’s anything important but no one answers
The 3 ladies in the front need to do better. They do not answer the phone what so ever. The whole time I was there waiting to see my pcm, they were talking and not working. The nurses and doctor that I saw were very nice and accommodating, but the receptionists definitely need more training.
