If this is where your primary care provider is through tri care ask for a new one. This office is entirely unhelpful referred me to the wrong type of doctor that was out of network they do not answer the phone when they do call you back they have an attitude and will try to hang up on you. They will not assist in any way with getting a new referral sent to you for the right doctor. They do not answer the phone bc it doesn’t ring. I’ve called while in the clinic before and nothing. I pulled a ticket the other day and everyone got up and left without saying a single word to me. My son has had a high fever with RSV for over a week and I can’t get an appointment made for him.

I had a great experience at the medical home. Dr Courtney was awesome as was the front staff.

The staff is friendly, however, no one ever seems to care about answering the phone. It makes it so difficult just to make or reschedule appointments.. it would be nice if this issue was resolved..
