Had a couple unfortunate incidents over the 3 months I was with this pharmacy. The first time I was given meds in a blister pack inside a box. I got home and realized the box was only half full. I had concerns since that would mean they didn't count or verify the contents of the box, but I gave grace as oversights happen. 2 months later after finishing that months doses, I noticed there were multiple labels.
