I booked a private workout class for my best friend’s bachelorette party and it was the highlight of our weekend! The WKS team was so helpful on the phone/via email and they made the process so simple. When we arrived for the class, the upstairs private studio was decorated with special bridal goodies for us! The WKS team really went above and beyond for us and we are so appreciative! Special shoutout to Caroline for helping us get our weekend started off right!

WKS is the BEST place in Charlotte to workout. I’ve never stuck to a workout for longer than a couple months until I started to go to West Kept and now I believe I’m on my third year. I also did personal training with Marissa and she is so knowledgeable and really pushed me without it feeling intimidating. Highly recommend always!

Personal Training with Marissa is truly the end all, be all - especially for postpartum mamas - it’s the WKS method AMPLIFIED. I recently completed 20 sessions of postpartum PT with Marissa.
