For the past year I thought that the employees of wkre were really nice, however that all changed a few days ago when I had paid at 8:15am on my prepayed account. On the app it said that my bill was a little of $13 so I paid 18.50. At 9 am my electric was turned off. I called the electric company and said why was my electric turned off I paid enough and even had a little credit. Checked the app again and it said that passed due was 16.60. Would have given 0 stars if I could. Had a water leak that I didn't know about until I got my bill, I have a well. I live on meager funds and they wouldn't help me any whatsoever. And the lady who answered the phone was pretty rude about the whole thing. I guarantee you if it happened to her or anyone she knows they would get a break. These guys seem like schysters that just charge whatever they want. Wish I could get power from a different provider. Boo on wkrecc.
Such a lack of confidence in a provider. A small thunderstorm takes out 90% of your customers and then you have to deal with 7 crews restoring half of the purchase district. Lame!!
The employees that work at the Mayfield office are very nice and always helpful.
