Roof on garage came in and it wasn’t classed as an emergency. Lost over £2000 because went Kent do not do routine maintenance on garages. They also changed the locks without notice and stopped me using my wheelchair. Had to call and emergency lock smith to get my wheelchair out.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! WKHA HAVE STOLEN OVER A YEARS OF SERVICE CHARGES TO MAINTAIN OUR COMMUNAL GARDEN WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN DONE!! MY NEIGHBOURS AND I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THEM FOR 2 MONTHS TO SORT THIS OUT AND STILL NEVER BEEN DONE!!! THIEVES!!!
West Kent Housing ASB's Management teams are extremely weak and they are failed to mitigate the risk factors are identified. I would not recommend to anyone move or go through home swap with their accommodation in Edenbridge 'it's called Grahame House ' There is on going ASB going by specific person but they are not able to manage effectively in the past few years.
A complete scam. Would not reccomend.
I would love to review Sky crook! She is amazing with sorting things out for the residents of the developments! We are saddened by the cancellation of a recent event that Sky had put her all into but I would just like to say well done to her and thank you for all you do!
