Absolutely useless,we have a dog barking constantly near Bonny Court Swanley it barks all day and night and West Kent won't do anything about it.I was even accused of having something wrong we me.Rude person on the phone find all excuses not to do anything about anything.
26.08.25 I would like to praise Simon & Assistant of Nurture Grounds Maintenance for their kindness in answering my request to remove weeds from gutters. Ths is where Customer Service is at its best. Thank you.
Roof on garage came in and it wasn’t classed as an emergency. Lost over £2000 because went Kent do not do routine maintenance on garages. They also changed the locks without notice and stopped me using my wheelchair. Had to call and emergency lock smith to get my wheelchair out.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! WKHA HAVE STOLEN OVER A YEARS OF SERVICE CHARGES TO MAINTAIN OUR COMMUNAL GARDEN WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN DONE!! MY NEIGHBOURS AND I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THEM FOR 2 MONTHS TO SORT THIS OUT AND STILL NEVER BEEN DONE!!! THIEVES!!!
